This is my innovative recipe. I have made innovative gulabjamun instead of traditional gulabjamun with bread and khoya & stuffed it with chocolate.
Steps

Roast khoya in a Kadhai. Add sugar & walnut powder. Mix well. Saute till khoya thickens and leaves sides of Kadhai. Rest it until cool.

Cut chocolate in 15*15 cm cubes.

Cut Bread slices in round shape.

Take khoya & flatten it on your palm. Stuff chocolate piecebin it. Roll & Shape it like a laddu. Repeat process for all.

Heat ghee in a Kadhai. Meanwhile dip round bread slice in a milk. Squeeze extra milk by pressing it. Stuff khoya laddu in bread slice. Seal its edges.

Slide this gulabjamun slowly in hot oil. Deep fry them till golden brown on medium heat.

Transfer them on kitchen towel. Repeat process for all. Keep aside.

Method of Malai Rabdi:
Take a Kadhai. Grease it with Ghee. Pour milk in it. Boil it on medium flame. Stir continuously so that it doesn't stick from bottom. Once it reduces 1/4th add sugar. Stir well. Add chopped almonds. Once sugar dissolves and Rabdi thickens switch off gas. Let it cool on room temperature. Once cool keep it in refrigerator.

Serving:
Place one hot gulabjamun in a bowl. Pour chilled Rabadi over it.
