Ingredients

  • 200 gmspinach
  • 125 gmpaneer
  • 2medium size onion
  • 1medium size tomatoes
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 pinchTurmeric powder
  • 1 tea spooncoriander powder
  • 1 table spoonoil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all make paste of spinach leaves by adding them with some water in jar, and grind for few minutes.

  2. 2

    Now make paste of onion, tomato and garlic separately.

  3. 3

    Now put a frying pan on the medium flam and add oil to it. When the oil is heated add garlic paste, when garlic smell is over add onion paste fry it till it become golden brown and now add tomato paste.

  4. 4

    Add red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Let the oil come on the tip of this puree.

  5. 5

    Now add spinach paste to it cook for few minutes and add paneer cubes to it. Again cook for about 2 mins. Your palak paneer is ready to serve.
