Per boil the rice and keep aside, wash meat, add seasoning and spice, boil until tender, fry and keep aside

Heat up your oil, add onions, then your paste, fry and add water, allow to boil, then add your rice, seasoning, salt and spices. Cover your pot and cook until soft and water dried
