2 cuppasta
1 1/2 tbspmaida
to tasteSalt
as neededBlack pepper
2 cupmilk
Chopped capsicum
as neededOil
Chilli flakes

Steps

Firstly, boil pasta in a kettle with a pinch of salt

Then take a kadai, add oil in it. When oil becomes hot add maida. Cook it for 2 -3 min.

Then add milk and mix well. Add all spices,capsicum and boiled pasta. Cook it for 1 min.

Serve hot and garnish with black pepper
