  • 200 gmsflour
  • 1 tbsoil
  • Hot water
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt

    Put flour in a bowl,add oil, salt, sugar and mix well to form smooth dough.

    Divide the dough into small balls.

    Apply oil then roll into a tall ball

    Roll out each then heat in a pan and apply oil on both sides to brown, enjoy with your favorite stew.
