Add water little at a time to form a dough.

Transfer on a flat surface and knead.

Apply oil then place in a bowl and cover to let it proof.

Prepare your tin.

Place in your tin and make shallow cuts.

Brush with egg wash.

Preheat your oven and bake for 25 mins. Enjoy.
