Wash the miced meat well and put it to boil until it drains water.

Add cooking oil and add onion then fry for about 5mins.

Cut then tomato then add together with the blended pepper.

Add 2teaspoonful salt to taste.

Boil the peas uncovered to maintain the green colour.

Cut the carrot into pieces and add.

Then mix the peas with the miced meat.

Cook for 10mins then mix thoroughly.

Serve.
