In a cooking pan prepare mirepoix using carrot,leek and onion add salt n peper to season then let it simmer..when ready that will be you vegetable stock strain and palce in a clean pan on fire take all you vegetable and blunch in the vegetable stock remove and set aside

Blunch the salmon for 5mns in the same vegetable stock

Take a clean plate place the vegetable then salmon then the stock on top
