Take mixing bowl add besan salt, soda bicarbonate and water to make thick batter keep aside for rest

Mean while take small bowl add green paste salt amchoor powder and cumin powder mix well now slit lotus stem length wise fill with mixture of green paste

Heat oil in pan add one tsp oil in batter mix it and make droping consistency dip lotus stem in batter and deep fry serve hot with green chutney
