Boiled 1 cup water and add rice flour salt pinch soda and make a thick batter. steam sprinkle sesame seeds and cumin seeds steam for 5-7 mins.

Let it cool. and make a balls. roll like chapati and fry and fold till golden colour. Taco shell is ready.

Now chopped all fruits onion capsicum tomato mix well. Add chaat masala lemon juice chilli flakes and mint leaves.n grated ginger.

Cut Avacado and add mint, salt,cumin seeds chaat masala and green chillies and make a dip.

Arrange taco shell in a plate and Apply Avacado dip in a shell. and fill fruit mixture. drizzle honey. Serve with mango pulp and Avacado chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala and chilli flakes and serve salsa.
