Steps

Firstly grind kaju in a blender and make fine powder.

Now add water and sugar into a pan and make 1 string chashni

Add 1 tsp ghee in chashni mix well and prepared kaju powder and mix well roast until it's become like soft dough.

Further pour already greased plastic paper or foil paper.

Now roll it thin and garnishing with silver vark, cut in diamond shape.

Ready kaju katli for serve
