Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2 bunchesspinach chopped
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1 tbspmustard - poppy seeds paste
  • 3-4green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add chopped Spinach stir fry well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Now add the paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well and serve
