Whole mung dal recipe with egg

Soak whole mung dal and urad dal for 3-4 hrs. Boil with 1 tsp salt and a pinch of chilli powder. Keep aside

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add whole jeera let it splutter then add chopped onion fry till golden.

Then add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 2mins on low flame. Then add ginger garlic paste and stir well. Then add tadka masala and mix well till oil leaves the sides.

Add the boiled dal and mix. If required add some water and bring to boil.

Then ĺower the flame and add the beaten eggs and let it cook. Mix well and scrambled eggs.

Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve hot with rotis or paratha
