Steps

Cut your beef into small cube sizes and boil them.

As the beef boils sort your spices as you crush and cut them.

In a sufuria, heat some vegetable oil and add your onions. Let them cook till golden brown and add garlic.

Add the pilau spices(already crushed) let them mix then add the rest of the chopped ingredients.

Add tomato paste and let the mixture cook for about 3mins.

Add your beef mixture. Let it for 4mins.

Add water to the mixture in a ratio of 1:2 That is rice:water.

Let it boil and now add your uncooked rice. Let it cook with a lid on.

Once the water has been absorbed completely, your rice is ready.
