Sausage Rolled Noodles Satay (Indonesian Street Food)
This is one of Indonesian street food that popular among elementary students. That's why this cuisine takes me throwback :)

Boil noodle al dente. Flush with running water, then drain.

Add each sausage to each skewers and cover or roll it with noodles.

Mix cornstarch flour, pepper, and salt to make dry coating, roll over satay onto it. Tap to let excess flour run off before frying.

Heat enough frying oil for deep frying, fry the satay until it turns golden-brownish, and drain.

Serve with mayonnaise and chilli sauce up to your liking for topping and done! 😄 So crispy!
