Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrefined flour
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. 1/2 tspNutmeg powder
  4. 1 tspBaking Powder
  5. 1 tspCardamom powder
  6. 1 1/2 tspCastor Sugar
  7. 1 cupor more Ghee (use as much for binding)
  8. pinchSoda Bicarbonate

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients very well except ghee then bind to soft dough using ghee
    mould into nankhatai place on greased tray
    put spot (teeka) in centre of nankhatai or put almond or pistachio to decorate....
    bake on 200°C for 10mins then lower upto 170 C till pinkish brown colour....
