  5. Maggi
  6. Palm oil
  7. Stockfish
  8. Meat

    Season your meat and cook with stock fish until cooked

  2. 2

    Then add crayfish pepper

  3. 3

    And add palm oil

  4. 4

    Add the grinded ogbono to cook then taste for seasoning and let it cook for 20minutes
