Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmixed vegetables (carrot,potato,onion,cabbage)
  • 1 bowlBesan
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • As required chat masala
  • Some chopped coriander leaves and green chillies
  • As required water
  • oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix everything well.

  2. 2

    Use Little water to make a batter.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan.

  4. 4

    Drop the pakodas into the oil and fry until crisp and golden.Drain it out in an absorbent paper and serve with Chutney.
