Heat the pan.

Add khoya.

Stir for 10 minutes on the medium heat until it becomes pink.

Add sugar and cardamom powder.

Take a mixing bowl.

Add maida,oil and milk and water.

Make a tight dough.

Rest for 15-20 minutes.

Make a small size puri out of the dough.

Put little filling inside each puri.

Seal the ends using little water to form the half moon.

Heat oil in a deep pan.

Add the gujiyas to deep fry them until become it pink.

Keep aside.

Make a sugar syrup of 2 string consistency.

Cool it for few minutes.

Dip the fried gujiyas into the sugar syrup.

Take them out.

Gujiyas are ready to serve.
