Ingredients

  1. Paneer – 200 grams cubed
  2. Onion – 1 large peeled and cubed
  3. Capsicum / Bell Pepper – 1 large cubed
  4. Garlic – 6 fat cloves chopped finely
  5. Ginger – 2 cm piece chopped finely
  6. Green Chilli – 3 cut in diagnols
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspSugar
  9. Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsps or to taste
  10. Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp (or paste) or to taste
  11. Green Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp or to taste
  12. Soy Sauce – 2 tsp or to taste
  13. Vinegar – 1 tsp or to taste
  14. 1 tbspChilli Powder
  15. For Frying....
  16. 3 tbspsAll Purpose Flour
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 6 tbspsCorn Flour
  19. 2 tspPepper Powder
  20. 1 tspSoya Sauce
  21. Oil – for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 4 tblspn of oil in a pan. Take all the ingredients given for frying in a bowl, add in water and make it to slightly thin batter. Dip the paneer in the batter and fry till golden. Remove it to a plate.

    Mix all the sauces in a bowl and set aside.

  3. 3

    Now in the remaining oil(if there is no oil, add a tsp more oil). Add in ginger, garlic and chillies.

  4. 4

    Saute for a minute.
    Add in onions, capsicum and saute for couple more minute.

  5. 5

    Add in onions, capsicum and saute for couple more minute.
    Add in salt, sugar and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add in chilli powder and sauces and mix well. Cook for couple of minutes.
    Add in the fried paneer and toss.

  7. 7

    Transfer into a serving bowl,Serve hot.
