18 gmGelatin
150 gmRose petals
1 tbspRose essence
few dropsPink food colour
200 gmpowdered sugar
1 kgwhipping cream

Sauce Making. Add sugar and water to washed rose petals. Grind them together. Strain. Add 6 egg yolks. Heat it in med flame. Keep stirring. Lastly add water soaked gelatin. Stir till coating consistency.

Fold the sauce in whipped cream. Pour in bowl, put some sauce, Garnish, cool and serve
