  2. leafUgu
  3. Maggi
  4. Meat
  5. Stock fish
  6. Dry fish
  7. Pepper and salt
  8. Palm oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and season your stock fish and meat

  2. 2

    Add palm oil and other ingredients

  3. 3

    Add the Okro allow to boil some minutes

  4. 4

    Then add your Ugu leaf

  5. 5

    Allow to steam for some minutes then serve with Eba,fufu or wheat
