Ingredients

25 minutes
4-5 servings
  1. 1large bowl radish leaves chopped
  2. 1 tspnigella seeds
  3. 1red chilli whole
  4. 1red chilli pieces
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the leaves and steam it with salt

  2. 2

    Strain the saag,heat a pan add oil

  3. 3

    Add nigella seeds and red chilli pieces

  4. 4

    As it crackle add chopped saag and saute well

  5. 5

    Add salt and turmeric powder and mix

  6. 6

    Finally add sugar and mix

  7. 7

    Switch off and serve with plain rice
