Wash and parboil your beans

Drain, rewash and continue cooking

Add your knorr cubes, salt, palm oil and blended crayfish and pepper and continue cooking until ready

In a plate, put your garri(aka cassava flakes), add water and sieve if you want (I don't cos I don't like it when it is over soaked), add your milk and sugar plus salt if you enjoy it that way
