Ingredients

  1. 500 gmrefined flour
  2. 50 gmsemolina
  3. 150 gmrefined oil for moin
  4. To tasteSalt as your taste
  5. 1 tspCarom seeds (ajwain)
  6. as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make a soft dongue

  2. 2

    Make chapati and cut moon shape mathri with any cup or any cutter

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil on high flame and make mathri medium flame till golden

  4. 4

    Mathri is ready,serve it cool and put it into air tight jar for store

  5. 5
