First wash capsicum and peeled it.

Then mashed patotes add salt, red chilli, gram masala, turmeric, coriander powder, amchur powder... mix well.

Then filled this mixture in capsicum.

Then heat a wok in oil and put capsicum and cook 10 min in slow flame.

Then take a pan heat in oil. then add Hing, cumin seeds, tomato pure cook 3 min.

Then add salt, red chilli, gram masala, coriander powder cook 5 min.

Then pour this gravy in capsicum... and cook 2 min.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
