  2. 1/2 cupPitted dates
  3. 1 cupFresh cream
  4. 2 cupsMixed fruits of choice chopped up
  5. 1/2 cupDry fruits like almonds and pistachios

    Any fruits of one's choice can be taken including seasonal fruits too. I have used bananas, plums, grapes both green and red, apricots, pears, peaches and apples.

  2. 2

    Arrange the watermelon slice as the base. Spread fresh cream on it. Top it up with chopped fruits and pitted dates. Also don't forget to top it up with some of your favourite nuts.

  3. 3

    Garnish with loads of fresh cream. Slice and serve this super chilled for a lovely dessert aftermeal, brunch, afterschool snack or even a full fledged meal for the calorie conscious. Enjoy!

And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well.
