Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonoil
  2. 1 tablespoonbutter
  3. 1bay leaf
  4. 1 spoonkasoori methi
  5. 1 spoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 spooncoriander powder
  7. 1/2 spoonRed chilli powder
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1 spoongaram masala
  10. 2 spoonHeavy cream / malai
  11. For kofta
  12. 2boiled potato (1 cup boiled, peel and mash)
  13. 1 cuppaneer grated
  14. 3 tablespooncorn flour or cor starch
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 2green chilli chopped
  17. 1 spoonFresh coriander leaves chopped
  18. 2 spooncashew chopped
  19. 1onion
  20. 2big tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Take onion, garlic, tomato cashew nuts and water in a sauce pan. Turn the heat on medium flame. Let is simmer for 15 minutes.

    Onion or tomato well get cook become soft. let it cool down a little bit. Then make smooth pure out of it using blender and gender.

    Heat the oil and butter in a pan on a medium flame. Add bay leaf and puree add aroma spicy mix well add cashew paste. Add red chilli powder salt.

    Add water quality as per your liking gravy consistency. Let it simmer on low medium on 5 minutes. Then add crush kasoori methi or garam masala..

    Your grave is ready.

    Take grated paneer, mashed potatoes, cashew nuts, salt corn flour in a mixing bowl. Mix well using hand. Knead into a dough.

    Now David the mixture into 12 -13 equal parts.make smooth balls out of it.

    Heat oil in a pan on medium flame for deep frying. Add few kofta gently into the hot oil.

  9. 9

    Keep moving them so it gets even browing from all the sides.

  10. 10

    Keep them on paper towels lined plate. Reheat the gravy.

  11. 11

    Take heavy cream in a bowl. Deep each kofta into the cream.
