Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsBaby potatoes
  2. 4Tomatoes large
  3. 2 bowlsCurd
  4. 1 tspCumin seeds
  5. 1/2 tspCoriander seeds
  6. 1/2 tspFenugreek seeds
  7. 2Bay leaves
  8. 1 TspKasoori methi
  9. 2Whole red chilli
  10. 1 TspDegi Mirch
  11. 2 Cloves
  12. leavesCoriander
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 TspTurmeric powder
  15. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Par boil potatoes. Cool. Peel them.

    Either fry them in Kadhai or use Air fryer. I have used APPE PAN to roast them. Roast till they are golden in colour.

    Now take a Kadhai. Add oil. Heat. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, Fenugreek seeds, whole red chilli, bay leaves, cloves.

    Make puree of tomatoes and add to it. Add salt, turmeric powder and degi Mirch. Cook till oil oozes out. Now add curd slowly and stir continuously. Add water and fried potatoes. Cook for 5 to 6 min.

    Garnish with coriander leaves

    Enjoy with rumali roti, tandoori roti, naan or paratha ☺
