Soak peas for 7-8 hours.

Cook it until done.

In a pan add oil. Add ginger garlic chilli paste.

Add dry masalas and 3 tbsp water. Roast for a while.

Add boiled peas.

Mash boiled potatoes and add it.

In a bowl take garlic, Kashmiri chilli powder and salt. Add a glass of water to it.

In a pan put 1 tbsp oil and add this red paste. Boil it for a while. Tari is ready.

Take aamchur, dates and jaggery in a pan. Add water boil for 7 minutes. Add salt, chilli, saunth powder. Blend it. Sweet saunth chutney is ready.

Keep ragda, chopped onion tomatoes, oil roasted masala peanuts, tari, sweet chutney ready.

This can be served in two ways. In a bowl add pieces of pav, add ragda on it. Add tari and sweet chutney as required. Add chopped onion tomatoes coriander. Add peanuts and sprinkle sev on top of it. Or it can be served as usual and pav.
