First,we roast wheat flour in pure ghee in the pan.

When it's colour will change into brown then we add roasted sesame in it.

At last, we add jaggery in it and switch of the gas.

Now continuously staring the paste. When it gets properly mixed. Then we spread it on the greased plate.

Cut it. serve it with full of Grace in the festival of MAKAR SANKRANTI.
