Ingredients

  1. 5-6Potatoes (peel and sliced)
  2. Salt (as required)
  3. 1 tbspBesan (put a pinch of Baking Soda)
  4. 1 tspChilli powder
  5. little Turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspAmchoor powder

  1. 1

    In a bowl put washed potato slices without water add besan mixture and salt toss well, deep fry half of the slices till nicely crisped up remove in a bowl when all done, add the rest of ingredients and toss well serve with fish fried
