5-6Potatoes (peel and sliced)
Salt (as required)
1 tbspBesan (put a pinch of Baking Soda)
1 tspChilli powder
little Turmeric powder
1/2 tspAmchoor powder

In a bowl put washed potato slices without water add besan mixture and salt toss well, deep fry half of the slices till nicely crisped up remove in a bowl when all done, add the rest of ingredients and toss well serve with fish fried
