Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. as neededMilk
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cupwater
  5. Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida and milk and make a light runny batter

  2. 2

    Other side make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water..make 1 string chashni

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in flat pan...add a laddle full batter in pan..it will spread cook till become brown from both sides

  4. 4

    Dp these in sugar syrup and serve
