Take a few tablespoons of milk and mix the custard powder and the essence in it and set aside

Put the remaining milk in a saucepan and let it boil

Add sugar to taste in the boiling milk and keep stirring.

Then pour in the milk the custard mixture,keep stirring until it foams a heavy cream

Remove from the fire,let it cool then pour in a container and freeze
