Filling:
In a pan put 2 tablespoon oil and keep on flame add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and green chilli mixture and let it splutter. Add veggies and garam masala then mix well and remove from flame. Let it cool down then add coriander leaves and onions.
Fill in the wraps and make samosas using flour glue/lai, when all done deep fry to golden brown colour or freeze them.Wraps:
Bind with water to stiff dough, make 9 balls then roll the balls into puris. - 2
Take 3 at a time, apply oil on each puri and lay on one another to pile up 3.
Roll this piled up puris into thin roti and roast on big tava or pot lid. Make sure you keep med heat and turn over and remove, if u keep low flame it will go crispy.
as soon as u remove from flame separate the 3 rotis and lay all rotis on samp cloth and cover it. When all done in same way, cut in strips size of samosas you desire.
