2 cuprava
1chopped carrots
1onion chopped
1/2 bowlcauliflowers chopped
1/2 bowlbeans chopped
Some spinach leaves chopped
to tasteSalt
1 cupcurd
1packet eno

Steps

Take a mixing bowl add all ingredients mix well and make a idli batter.

Transfer spoonful of batter in garnish idli molds and stem around for 15 minutes.

Let it cool and then demolds idlis serve with coriander chutney..
