Ingredients

  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 1 cupgramflour
  • 2large onion
  • 2large potato
  • 3-4green chilli
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspdry methi
  • as neededoil
  • as neededpeas
  • 2tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Now pour make the batter of curd and gramflour then blend it properly.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil.add chopped onion and tomato and cook it.

  3. 3

    Add potato and green chilli and mixed it.

  4. 4

    Then add all spices.

  5. 5

    Pour buttermilk batter.

  6. 6

    After 1 boil simmer it of 20 mint.

  7. 7

    Now it's ready to serve.
