1 cupgramflour
2large onion
2large potato
3-4green chilli
1/2 tspturmeric
to tastesalt
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/4 tspdry methi
as neededoil
as neededpeas
2tomato

Now pour make the batter of curd and gramflour then blend it properly.

Heat the oil.add chopped onion and tomato and cook it.

Add potato and green chilli and mixed it.

Then add all spices.

Pour buttermilk batter.

After 1 boil simmer it of 20 mint.

Now it's ready to serve.
