First dry roast mung dal in the pan on the oven upto red in colour next keep aside

Then wash mung dal with water,now add mustard oil and ghee at the same time in a pressure cooker

When the oil is crackling add bay leaves,jeera,red chilli and with add washed mung dal and stir fry add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,jeera- dhania powder, keep stirring add garam masala powder next add tomatoes and as needed water will closed the cooker giving with one whistle keep aside upto pressure released normally

Now open the cover of the pressure cooker delicious yummy mung dal is ready
