No bake Mango Cheese cake

For the Cheese cake base, crush Marie biscuits in a blender, take it in a mixing bowl, add melted butter & honey & mix well & set it in the base of cheese cake ring & refrigerate it for 30 min.

In another bowl take gelatin, add 30gms cold water to it & microwave it for 1min & mix well & set aside.

In another mixing bowl take cream cheese, add icing sugar to it & mix well, then add fresh cream & again mix well, then add whipped cream & mix well, lastly add gelatin mix well & pour it on the biscuits base & refrigerate it for 5-6 hours. Spread fresh Mango puree on it.

For unmoulding dip the knife in warm water & circle through the edges of cheesecake & carefully unmould it, cut & serve.
