Firstly in a large kadai mix all ingredients and boil the mixture for atleast 10 minutes.

Allow the mixture to cool completely.

And transfer the mixture to the mixture and blend smooth puree.

Stain the puree. Transfer the chutney into airtight jar and store in the refrigerator.

Use this chutney in preparing sevepuri, bhel puri, manipuri and samidha or cutlet.
