Steps

Finely chop all vegetables.

Wash and soak urad daal in water for 10 mins.

Now take a pan and heat oil in it. Add mustard seeds and let them crack with heat. Now add chopped curry leaves.

After the curry leaves get roasted rinse urad daal and add in oil. Roast till it changes it's colour to golden brown.

Now add all chopped vegetables and saute well.

When you feel vegetables are blanched well, add semolina and mix well. Saute for 2 mins and then add water to it. Mix well and cook it for another 2 mins.

Garnish with sev. Serve with tomato sauce.
