In big plate take 2 cup rice flour add salt 2 tbs oil, grated carrot, chopped onion coriander leaves jeera, hing, coconut, make a soft dough

Keep the dough for resting about 15 min

Divide the dough into 6-7 equal size, grease the oil on foil, or banana leave or plastic sheet, put this ball on it prsss gently, and make a round roti

Put this on non stick heated tava with hand cook it for 1 min then flip it, add oil, roasted in golden Colo, on both the sides

Other way of making this roti is making rice dough into dosa batter consistency by putting more water. pour this batter on hot tava like dosa spread it by hand or spoon

Same way like above roaste this roti on both side by adding oil

Serve this roti hot with tomato chutney or coconut chutney
