Add Aata in a mixing bowl add all ingredients whisk it.

Add the remaining milk little by little and whisk it into a smooth batter of purring consistency.

Then, heat a twa or pan. Take a ladle full of the batter and pour it on to the pan. Making circle.

Spread the ghee by rotating the pan gently. Allow it to cook for about 30 seconds on a medium flame.

Carefully flip it over and allow it to cook on the other side.

Once it turns ligth brown in, colour remove it of the pan. Serve hot
