Boil the chicken with garlic n ginger paste n salt.Wn half done put it aside.

Take a saucepan put oil n onion to cook till brown.Add Garlic n mixed pilau spices n mix well.

Add potatoes n tomato.Once cooked 1/2 way add the chicken n mix properly then put rice n water

Let it cook n the water dry.Serve with tomato chutney n kachumbari
