  • 2 piecesfish fillets
  • 100 gcooking oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2eggs
  • 1tspn paprika
  • 1tspn turmeric
  • 1tspn garam masala
  • 1fresh lemon

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Season the fish fillets in a bowl with freshly lime juice, salt, paprika, turmeric,garam masala for 20-30minutes

    Then coat them in a bowl of beaten eggs

    Coat them with breadcrumbs too till they are finely covered

    Deep fry them

    To achieve a golden brown finish
