1tomato
2green chilies
1 tspcumin powder
1/2 tspmustard seed
1 bowlchopped spinach
1/2 tspasetafodia
2 tspoil
1/2 tspturmeric powder
to tasteSalt

Give tadka in oil with mustard seed, chilies and asetafodia on medium high flame

Now add tomato and spinach.

Now add other spices and daal with 1 bowl of water

Cook it till boiling well.
