Ingredients

  • 200 gmsDate
  • 2 tbspSugar powder
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tbspPickle masala
  • 1 tbspOil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Slit and remove the seed from dates and chop into 2 or 4 pieces.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl and mix well every thing together.

  3. 3

    Keep it in the bowl for a day so dates will absorb all the juce and flavour.

  4. 4

    Store in a glass jar at room temperature.
