First boil ur chicken with onions, pepper, maggi or adobe seasoning

Debone ur chicken n pieces it

Fry ur chicken with the green pepper, spring onions, fresh pepper, small green beans or green pea (optional) but I like a lot of vegetables in my egg shawamah

Wash n Peel the back of ur cucumber, cut into two n remove the seed inside. Dice it in small sizes n keep

Then break ur egg, put little maggi or adobe seasonings, whip it, put ur frying pan on the fire n add small coconut oil or butter. Pour ur egg n fry, when it done u put it in a flat plat

Then mix a spoon or two spoons of ur mayonnaise with ur fried chicken n d veggies, add ur diced cucumber, pour into ur fried egg n wrap it. Egg shawamah is ready

Serve with either hot tea or fruit juice.
