Steps

Heat milk on medium flame. When it’s start boiling check temp in between.

Once temp is 80-90c add vinegar, rotate spatula. Now add rennet.

The cheese layer is starting to set on upper side. Cut it with spoon or knife.

When ur able to see water and solid, off the flame. Take this solid mass in cloth, remove excessive water
- 5
Now knead it in blender, add salt, turmeric and ghee. Again blend it.

Now take this mixture in plate. Knead well and flat it in square or round shape. Store your cheese in airtight container.
