  • ,2 cupslight coconut milk
  • 1onion
  • 1carrots
  • 1green mango
  • Oil
  • 1 table spoontumeric powder

    Fry onions until golden brown

    Add grated carrots.,chopped tomatoes, tumeric powder, grated mango, salt And stir

    Add light coconut milk and stir w

    When it boils add. Heavy coconut milk and cook for 2 min
